Richland Place has been a trusted part of the community since 1993, offering exceptional senior living with a focus on comfort, care, and connection. As a not-for-profit organization managed by National Healthcare Corporation (NHC) in Murfreesboro, TN, we are guided by a dedicated Board of Directors—including resident members—and an active Resident Council. Our community includes 136 apartments, welcoming approximately 165 residents, along with a state-licensed Health Center offering 131 beds for skilled nursing, rehab, intermediate care, and inpatient hospice services.
Conveniently located in Nashville’s stately West End neighborhood, our community features a heated indoor swimming pool, fine dining options, an on-site beauty salon and barber shop, daily scheduled activities, a complete fitness center, a billiards room, a well-stocked library and so much more. Richland Place currently works from a waitlist that we estimate to be about a 2-3 year wait. There is a refundable $1500 deposit to get on the waitlist.
Once on the waitlist, you will be notified when an apartment becomes available. You can turn down an apartment as many times as you want without losing your place on the waitlist. Once it is the right time and the right apartment, you will reserve the apartment by placing 10% of the Entry Fee down. From that point, you have 120 days to make the move to Richland Place.
